+ Confirmation

For rooms in the farmhouse, we will be delighted to confirm your booking with full payment. You can cancel with a full refund up to 14 days in advance. Thereafter, we will try and re-sell your room but cannot guarantee a refund.

For exclusive hire, cottages and the hayloft, we can confirm your booking with a 50% deposit, with the full amount due at least one month prior to arrival.

+ Guests

We are delighted to welcome dogs in our cottages and in the hayloft. I’m afraid we cannot accommodate four-legged friends in the farmhouse. Families are very welcome to stay in our self-catering cottages, however we do not allow children under the age of ten to stay with us in the farmhouse.

+ What is included

When you chose to stay in one of our four farmhouse rooms the price includes a hearty breakfast, a simple packed lunch, easy-going afternoon tea and a three course family-style supper.

Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Killiehuntly is the perfect place for any kind of gathering with the people you love. The garden offers outdoor activities. Please contact us and let’s hear what you have in mind we are happy to help you organise your special event.

+ Gift cards

For that special occasion a stay at Killiehuntly might be the perfect gift. We gladly issue gift cards that match your special requirements and dispatch anywhere in the world. The gift cards you buy from us will be valid a maximum of two years.

+ Amending | Cancelling Your Reservation

Individual Room Stays

• 50% deposit at time of booking with the balance payable on departure.

• Fully refundable up to 1 month prior to arrival, thereafter full payment due. Cancellations within this period should be covered by travel insurance or may result in the loss of the reservation deposit.

• It is possible move your reservation to future dates up to one month prior to arrival, new dates will be amended to the current pricing structure which may incur additional costs.

• Any items outstanding on your room bill following departure will be charged to the card details registered to your booking.

• Any lost or damaged items will also be charged to the card registered to your booking.

Self-Catered Cottage Stays

• 50% deposit due at time of booking with the balance due two months prior to arrival

• Fully refundable up to two months prior to arrival subject to us being able to re-let.

• It is possible to amend the dates of your reservation up to 2 months prior to arrival, amend bookings will be adjusted to current pricing which may result in a higher rate.

Exclusive Hire Catered Stays

• 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking with balance due two months prior to arrival.

• Can be transferred to agreed future dates up to two months prior to arrival.

• Amended bookings will be adjust to current pricing and may be at a higher rate.

We advise you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any illness, travel disruption, weather events or unforeseen circumstances which may cause you to cancel your reservation within the notice period stated in our terms.
