Keeping safe.
(Updated 30 March 2021)
After paying close attention to updated guidance from the Scottish Government, we are updating how our places to stay will open.
FROM APRIL 26:
At present, guidance from the Scottish Government indicates that we will be able to open our self-catering properties from 26 April 2021. As such, we have now opened bookings for single household groups to come and enjoy the wild Scottish Highlands.
FROM MAY 17:
If all goes well, it looks like the Scottish Government will allow Killiehuntly Farmhouse to reopen from 17 May for individual room bookings. We will be observing good social distancing and other practices to keep people safe, and so we will only be opening a few rooms at this time.
FROM JUNE 21:
We plan to be able to fully reopen Killiehuntly Farmhouse, with appropriate measures in place to continue to keep people safe.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Amending or Cancelling Your Reservation
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. For all room reservations you can change or cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For all self-catered cottage reservations you can change or cancel your booking up to 1 month prior to your arrival date. We are unable to refund changes made after the cancellation period.
Coronavirus Restrictions
If you have to cancel your reservation, after the cancellation period, due to UK Government coronavirus restrictions, we will offer you a full refund or a change of dates. If you have to cancel your reservation, after the cancellation period, due to International Government coronavirus restrictions please note this is non-refundable and we will offer you a change of dates only. Due to the uncertainty over travel during this time, particularly for visitors travelling from further afield, we recommend that you have valid travel insurance in place at least 28 days prior to your arrival date.
